About Us

Infinity Labs R&D is an innovative research and development center that has been operating the leading software development training program for Israel’s high-tech industry since 2014.

The training tracks we offer are all based on our proprietary, ground-breaking learning methodology, Infinity Labs R&D Mentored Social Learning (IMSL™), which provides intensive, in-depth knowledge of the foundations and principles of software development track-specific content, and an environment of hands-on project-based learning and teamwork (simulating the workday of a software development team) – all at an exceptionally high level.

The students are accompanied by professional Tech Leaders who share with the participants the knowledge and experience they have acquired during their careers, and provide a simulated experience of a real-world high-tech workday on a daily basis for the participants.

Our ‘Tech Leaders’ have control over the most advanced technologies. They are involved in our daily R&D of fascinating projects from both worlds, working independently or together with other Tech Leaders. Simultaneously, they also guide the students through our various training programs.

Thanks to our unique learning methodology and exceptional participants, over 300 high-tech companies, start-ups, and leading development centers in Israel already employ over 2,000 of our graduates, and they return on a regular basis to continue recruiting new graduates of our training tracks for challenging positions that would otherwise require 2–3 years of experience.

Training is provided at our expense

Infinity also offers a low-interest loan for trainees through Bank Leumi

up to 50,000 NIS to help with living expenses. Payable upon start of employment or after 1 year.

Training programs with a unique learning method​

Instead of attending passive classes in academia, the Infinity Labs R&D Mentored Social Learning (IMSL ™) methodology offers an intensive, and in-depth learning experience of the principles and foundations for each training program. Participants learn in a simulated high-tech environment of collaboration and teamwork, where they perform hands-on projects at a very high level, accompanied by our Tech Leaders, who share their abundance of knowledge and experience.

Our unique methodology fosters the self-learning skills required for working in virtually any technology domain, and our talented graduates provide excellent output and value from day one on the job. It is no surprise that our graduates are accepted for positions that usually require 2–3 years of experience.

Dedicated technical completion​

According to employer requirements, we will provide an additional 3–6 weeks of training to complete the knowledge acquisition for a specialized technology. This is to ensure a smooth transition for the graduate’s first job in high-tech

Win-Win Situation​

Infinity Labs has developed a unique business model that generates an alignment of interests between Infinity Labs, the participants, and the companies that recruit graduates of the program.

The training is provided at Infinity labs expense for those who qualify for the program. Near the end of the training period, representatives from our already 300 high-tech companies, startups, and leading development centers in Israel come to Infinity often to interview our soon-to-be graduates and recruit for positions that typically require 2–3 years of experience.

Infinity Labs only recovers the investment made in the participants after they have started working. If one does not start working, then we lose!
