Compatible even for graduates of Computer Science programs, our syllabus is relevant for today’s high-tech industry and is far beyond the scope of what one studies in academia. It provides a solid foundation for branching out in a multitude of different software development domains.
After completion of the Open Lab, participants branch out into different learning tracks – each of which provides basically the same fundamentals (common to all tracks).
Our philosophy is that the selection of who goes to which track is not a career or employment decision, but an educational strategy that considers the best way for each individual trainee to proceed and learn the next set of fundamentals.
The R&D syllabus follows a bottom‑up learning approach, building deep theoretical understanding alongside practical expertise across the full software stack. Participants explore core computing concepts such as systems, networks, architectures, and topologies, as well as frameworks, coding styles, and professional development environments.
The program emphasizes analytical thinking and adaptability through exposure to a range of programming languages and SDLC methodologies. Integration of modern, AI‑supported tools for testing, analysis, and optimization and code generation further strengthen problem‑solving skills and technical precision across diverse development domains.
The Back End syllabus takes a top‑down approach, focusing on the technologies, architectures, and best practices that drive modern web and service development. Participants gain hands‑on experience with server‑side programming, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms, while developing an in-depth understanding of scalability, reliability, and system integration.
Foundational UI/UX concepts support effective collaboration between front‑end and back‑end teams and promote end‑to‑end product awareness. Participants also work with automation and AI-driven tools that enhance performance monitoring and optimization. Graduates complete the program equipped to design, build, and sustain efficient, secure back‑end ecosystems aligned with modern development standards and tools.
The Front End syllabus adopts a top‑down learning approach, immersing participants in the principles and tools used to create intuitive, engaging user interfaces. Participants explore core programming languages, frameworks, and design fundamentals, alongside UX and UCD best practices.
The program integrates modern workflows and tools, including AI‑assisted design and development technologies that enhance efficiency and creativity. Graduates are prepared to translate design concepts into high‑quality, responsive applications that delivery seamless, accessible, and engaging digital experiences.
After completing the training, we assist our graduates to secure their first positions, and if a position should require some extra training to get up-to-speed with a specialized technology, Infinity offers a dedicated technical completion – a period of 1—5 weeks of additional training in the required area, to ensure a smooth transition for our graduate on their first job.
