Infinity Labs R&D, a Matrix company, is an innovative research and development center that has been operating the leading software development training program for Israel’s high-tech industry since 2014.
The training tracks we offer are all based on our proprietary, ground-breaking learning methodology Infinity Mentored Social Learning (IMSL™), which provides intensive, in-depth knowledge of the foundations and principles of software developmenttrack-specific content, and an environment of hands-on project-based learning and teamwork (simulating the workday of a software development team) – all at an exceptionally high level. Participants are guided throughout by professional mentors, who share the knowledge and experience they have acquired during their careers.
Thanks to our unique learning methodology and exceptional participants, over 220 high-tech companies, start-ups, and leading development centers in Israel already employ over 1,500 of our graduates, and they return on a regular basis to continue recruiting new graduates of our training tracks for challenging positions that would otherwise require 2–3 years of experience.
Instead of attending passive classes in academia as in the previous century, Infinity Labs has created its trail-blazing learning methodology Infinity Mentored Social Learning (IMSL ™) that offers an intensive, in-depth learning experience of the principles and foundations of each training program. Participants learn in a simulated high-tech environment of collaboration and teamwork, where they perform hands-on projects at a very high level, guided by professional mentors who share their abundance of knowledge and experience.
Our methodology also fosters the self-learning skills required for working in virtually any technology domain, and our talented graduates provide excellent output and value from day one on the job. It is no surprise that our graduates are accepted for positions that usually require 2–3 years of experience.
According to employer requirements, we will provide an additional 3–6 weeks of training to complete the knowledge acquisition for a specialized technology. This is to ensure a smooth transition for the graduate’s first job in high-tech

The training is provided at Infinity labs expense for those who qualify for the program. Near the end of the training period, representatives from our already 220+ high-tech companies, startups, and leading development centers in Israel come to Infinity often to interview our soon-to-be graduates and recruit for positions that typically require 2–3 years of experience.
Infinity Labs only recovers the investment made in the participants after they have started working. If one does not start working, then we lose!
